Artica Svalbard is excited to announce an opportunity for a Residency and Community Coordinator. This essential role supports Artica’s renowned residency program, which hosts international artists and writers, helping them explore and respond to the unique Arctic environment.

The coordinator will facilitate all aspects of the residency experience, ensuring artists and writers have everything they need to succeed in their projects. This includes logistical support, community engagement, and contributing to Artica's vibrant public programming.

This position requires a candidate who is not only experienced in cultural organisation management but also passionate about fostering artistic and cultural exchanges in a unique and challenging environment. Fluency in both Norwegian and English is essential for this role.
