Introducing Artica’s next residents: Lene Therese Teigen and Augustin Maurs

Arriving in Longyearbyen next week we are very pleased to welcome two new residents Lene Therese Teigen and Augustin Maurs.

Lene Therese Teigen is a Norwegian author, playwright and director based in Oslo. She has worked as a writer, director and dramaturge since 1989, mainly in theatre, but also in film, television, radio drama and as an author of fiction. Teigen has been nominated by our key partner Norwegian Pen.

Augustin Maurs is a French musician and composer based in Berlin. He studied in Paris and at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin. His work combines conceptual, performative and collaborative practices, often bringing the musical experience outside the musical field. Maurs has been nominated by our key partner Office for Contemporary Art Norway (OCA).
